Hi! I’m Mandi, and I’m here to help you live well.

I am deeply passionate about helping my clients navigate the challenges they face on their journey towards growth, healing, and an enhanced sense of wellbeing.

I love getting the honor of hearing my clients’ stories and being trusted to bear witness to both their most vulnerable feelings and their greatest triumphs. I have been in mental health counseling for five years and am still blown away by my clients’ strength and resilience. I believe that counseling is a collaborative process and look for ways that I can come alongside my clients to build on their strengths to make the changes they are looking for.

I believe that the counseling relationship is critical to success in counseling and strive to make sure my clients always feel heard, understood, and valued. I try to always be my authentic self in session and, while there are sometimes tears in counseling, there is just as much laughter.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages and through a multitude of problems. I have found that I especially enjoy working with young women who are struggling to overcome traumatic or difficult backgrounds.

When I’m not in the counseling office, I love spending time with my husband and two children. (Though they would tell you my dogs are my favorite family members!) I’m up for anything we can do as a family, but I especially love hiking or kayaking, playing board games, and anything where we are likely to laugh together.

I also try to practice what I preach and find joy in little moments like coffee on the back porch or reading during a thunderstorm. I find great joy in being able to create something, whether it is painting, knitting, or woodworking.
